基于PSASP的分时段无功考核方法的仿真分析与应用研究Simulation Analysis of PSASP-Based Charging Means of Reactive Power According to Time Interval and Its Application

摘要(Abstract):
提出了一种分时段无功考核新方法,以用户月平均功率因数作为考核对象,分别考核用户在峰时段、平时段和谷时段的平均功率因数,且考核标准也相应地有所不同。为了验证这种新方法对电力系统运行的影响,以部分实际用户为对象,利用电力系统分析综合程序建立仿真网络,根据用户的月用电总量、最大利用小时数和功率因数求出用户的有功功率和无功功率,然后计算网络在原考核标准和新的考核标准下的潮流分布,结果表明该方法可以提高电压质量,降低电网功率损耗,并且当用户功率因数越差时,考核标准越高,影响就越明显。最后根据现有用户无功补偿情况提出了新考核方法应用的硬件改造和投资方案。
