大规模中压配电网可靠性建设改造措施优选模型及求解方法Optimization Model of Selecting Power Supply Reliability Reconstruction Measures in Large-Scale MV Distribution Network and Its Solution Method

摘要(Abstract):
我国正处于配电网建设全面推进阶段,提升供电可靠性是建设改造的核心目标之一。针对大量候选改造措施,提出一种适用于大规模配电网的措施优选模型并设计了求解算法。首先,对可靠性指标估算算法进行改进,使多种改造措施对系统可靠性的提升能够通过连续可导的函数表达。在此基础上,以投资成本与停电损失成本最小为目标,以各区域可靠性指标满足需求为约束建立优化模型。模型对决策变量分类后采用遗传算法与分支定界法联合求解。通过某城市配电网算例验证了所提求解方法具有较好的求解质量与求解稳定性。此外,模型计及了不同区域、不同改造措施间的相互影响,因而能够最大化节约改造资金,提升配电网的社会经济效益。
