计及多个风电机组出力相关性的配电网无功优化Reactive Power Optimization of Distribution Network Considering Output Correlation of Multiple Wind Turbines

摘要(Abstract):
针对含多个风电机组的配电网无功优化问题,利用场景分析法处理风电机组出力的不确定性和负荷的随机波动。采用拉丁超立方采样产生多个场景,考虑多个风电机组风速间的相关性,利用Cholesky分解对生成的场景进行重新排序。以有功网损期望值最小为目标函数,以节点电压、支路功率以及电容器投切组数为约束条件,建立配电网无功优化模型。采用鸡群优化算法求解模型,并在改进的IEEE 69节点配电网算例中进行仿真,研究了风电机组出力相关性对无功优化结果的影响,结果证明了所提无功优化模型和方法的可行性。通过无功优化,能够有效地提高配电网的电压水平并减少网络损耗,对配电网的安全经济运行具有重要意义。
