考虑网架动态重构的主动配电网双层扩展规划Bi-Layer Expansion Programming Method for Active Distribution Network Considering Dynamic Grid Reconfiguration

摘要(Abstract):
为研究主动配电网控制技术应用下的扩展规划问题,在考虑主动配电网灵活运行的网架结构的基础上,建立主动配电网扩展规划双层模型。首先,研究考虑网架动态重构的主动配电网扩展规划的主要流程框架,并据此构建主动配电网双层扩展规划的数学模型,模型中规划层以配电网年综合费用最低为目标,运行层以分布式电源消纳量最大为目标。将配电网网架结构动态重构对配电网运行的影响转化为运行层模型,模拟和量化其对规划阶段工作的影响。其次,模型求解过程中,基于图论"避圈法"改进配电网的网架编码,提高可行解的生成概率。利用遗传算法和十进制整数粒子群算法双层嵌套的形式,对模型进行求解。最后,以配电网为算例验证了所建模型的合理性和有效性。
