2017年国际供电会议配电系统规划研究成果综述Review of CIRED 2017 on Power Distribution System Planning

摘要(Abstract):
第24届国际供电会议(CIRED 2017)于2017年6月在英国苏格兰格拉斯哥召开,会议主要讨论了在2030—2050年期间,欧洲可再生能源发电量占比超过40%以后的电网发展模式,主要关注各种灵活性资源以及储能系统在配电系统中可能发挥的作用,以解决能源的可靠、经济、可持续发展问题。按其不同专题分为6个分会,其中配电系统规划属于分会5,包括风险评估和资产管理、配电网的技术创新和发展方向、智能配电网规划、规划的方法和工具共4个版块,文章对这些领域在理论和实践方面的最新研究成果进行了综述,旨在为我国未来配电系统的发展方向提供借鉴与参考。
