考虑经济性的日前风电消纳动态评估方法Dynamic Evaluation on Day-Ahead Wind Power Accommodation With Economic Consideration

摘要(Abstract):
风电消纳过程中涉及到电网企业、常规发电企业、风电企业和社会等利益相关方,但因风电出力具有波动性和随机性,故电网企业消纳风电的积极性不高。对风电消纳涉及到的各利益相关方进行经济性分析,建立了风电消纳动态评估两阶段模型,并设计了相应求解算法。第1阶段模型得出无风电时各常规机组的启停状态及出力,第2阶段模型为有风电时制定日前风电调度计划。通过IEEE 30节点系统和南方某地区电网算例,分析了风电消纳的评估结果及各利益相关方的经济性。结果表明,以电网企业的总成本最小为目标函数优化风电调度时,电网企业的经济性最佳。
