风电并网系统低谷时段的调峰能力分析Analysis on Peak Load Regulation Capability of Power Grid Integrated With Wind Farms in Valley Load Period

摘要(Abstract):
分析了风电波动对调峰影响的极端场景,综合考虑系统调峰容量和机组爬坡速率等因素,提出了一种风电并网系统低谷时段调峰能力的计算模型和方法。所建模型为0-1整数规划模型。该模型以研究周期内的低谷负荷时段系统下调空间最大为目标,计及常规机组的最小运行时间、最小停运时间以及爬坡速率约束,并考虑风电波动的极端场景。求解该优化模型,可得到在研究周期内系统应对风电波动的调峰极限以及相应的机组启停方案。以东北某省实际电网为例进行分析,验证了该模型和方法的正确性和有效性。
