高可再生能源渗透率海岛微电网运行控制Study on Operation Control of Island Microgrid With High Renewable Energy Penetration

摘要(Abstract):
在对国内外微电网示范工程进行调研分析的基础上,对在山东省长岛县开展的35 kV海岛微电网示范工程建设目标、方案进行阐述。针对系统中高可再生能源渗透率以及分布式电源多点分散接入的特点,设计了微电网示范工程并网/孤岛运行控制策略,并对微电网中多类型混合储能系统的运行管理策略进行研究。基于所开发的海岛微电网运行控制策略,开展了微电网并网/孤岛运行试验研究,设计微电网分别运行于并网模式、孤岛模式、并网转孤岛模式以及孤岛转并网模式,并对各模式下的运行曲线进行深入分析。试验研究表明,所提出的35 kV微电网工程建设方法及其运行控制策略是切实可行的,可以实现海岛电网在并网、孤岛2种模态中的稳定运行及模式平滑切换,保障了海岛丰富可再生能源的最大消纳,为海岛居民提供绿色、稳定的电力供给。
