一种配电线路有源自适应重合闸技术研究An Active Adaptive Reclosing Scheme for Distribution Lines

摘要(Abstract):
传统配电线路自动重合闸由于无法实时判断线路故障性质而进行的盲目重合会对系统及断路器等电气设备造成不利影响。为此提出一种配电线路三相自适应重合闸技术,即当配电线路因相间故障跳闸且故障点断电去游离后,利用电力电子开关将逆变电源短时加到配电变压器低压侧,在给可能存在的故障点施加瞬时高压的同时,基于产生的暂态电压、电流获得停电线路的频域特性,借助线路谐波阻抗对停电线路内部结构进行辨识,进而决定断路器投入与否。该方法本质上是一种停电配电线路自动故障检测技术,理论、仿真和模拟实验都验证了该方法的有效性。
