考虑时变时滞影响的大型双馈风力发电系统附加阻尼控制Additional Damping Control of Large Scale DFIG-based Wind Power Generation System Considering Time-varying Delays

摘要(Abstract):
大规模双馈风机并网后,由于风电输出功率波动性及远距离输电,互联电力系统将面临不同区域电网间的低频振荡问题,为此提出了一种附加阻尼控制策略。首先基于风力发电系统模型,建立了含风电场的互联电力系统线性化模型;再根据系统状态空间模型特征根分析理论,结合相位偏移补偿环节与反馈增益环节,提出了基于经典PSS结构的时滞广域阻尼器参数计算方法;然后考虑实际时滞呈现莱斯概率分布特性,设计了针对时变时滞的自适应策略;最后,通过含大型风电场的四机两区域系统时域仿真验证了所提出的附加阻尼控制策略不仅适应随机时变时滞,而且在较大的时滞范围和鲁棒性方面性能良好。
