基于近似动态规划的工业园区源–网–荷–储联合运行在线优化算法Approximate Dynamic Programming-based Online Algorithm for Combination Operation of Source-network-load-storage in the Industrial Park

摘要(Abstract):
针对工业园区电网的源–网–荷–储联合运行问题,提出了一种基于近似动态规划(approximatedynamic programming,ADP)的在线求解算法。充分考虑可再生能源发电、负荷、电价的随机性,储能等设备的非线性,以及交流潮流、电压、输电线路等约束,建立了工业园区电网源–网–荷–储联合运行的随机混合整数非线性规划模型。为准确、高效地求解该复杂问题,将其转化为马尔可夫决策过程,提取出与时间无关的变量,并结合ADP技术缩减状态与决策变量空间。将离线值函数训练与在线决策相结合,避免了ADP在在线决策过程中的迭代过程,可根据在线信息快速得到精度较高的工业园区源–网–荷–储的联合运行策略。最后通过算例分析验证了所提方法的有效性。
