模块化多电平变流器窄脉冲抑制方法Elimination of Narrow Pulse Caused by PWM Applied in Modular Multilevel Converter

摘要(Abstract):
对基于载波层叠脉宽调制法(carrier disposition pulse width modulation,CDPWM)的模块化多电平换流器(modular multilevel converter,MMC)中的窄脉冲进行了研究,分析了其形成原因并按其产生的机理分为2类:处于载波分区临界点附近的第1类窄脉冲和处于波峰波谷附近的第2类窄脉冲。在载波层叠脉宽调制法的基础上提出了虚拟循环映射与分段变频调制策略,分别对应于第1类和第2类窄脉冲的抑制与消除。该方法致力于预防窄脉冲的出现,与传统的在窄脉冲出现后将其消除方法相比,具有实时性能好、稳定性高等优点。基于五电平MMC平台的实验结果表明,该方法可以有效地抑制输出波形中的窄脉冲。
