含异步风电机组的配电网故障恢复研究Fault Recovery of Distribution Network Containing Asynchronous Wind Power Generation Units

摘要(Abstract):
根据风电具有的随机性、间歇性等特点,建立了以风速为输入的风电场注入功率模型。考虑到风速的统计特性,应用多场景方法模拟了异步风电机组的不确定出力,确定了基于场景发生概率的故障恢复子目标。在此基础上,考虑到配电网故障恢复目标中的其它因素,应用自适应权重和的方法建立了含异步风电机组的配电网故障后恢复重构问题的综合目标函数;然后将随机生成树策略与蚁群优化算法相结合,用以解决配电网故障后恢复重构的网络优化问题,避免了搜索过程中可能出现的大量不可行解,加快了算法的搜索速度。IEEE-33系统算例验证了文中方法的有效性。
