摘要(Abstract):
基于全球定位系统(Global Positioning System,GPS)的同步相量量测单元(Phasor Measurement Unit,PMU)是一种新型的量测装置,该装置可以直接量测节点电压相量。文章在电力系统潮流直接可解概念的基础上提出了采用遗传算法解决PMU的最优配置问题。数学模型(即评价函数)的构造是采用遗传算法的主要瓶颈,文章建立了PMU最优配置的数学模型,并以此模型为评价函数开发出相应的遗传算法。算例结果表明文章所建立的模型和采用的算法是有效的。
