环境湿度对瓷质绝缘子串电压分布及红外热像检测的影响分析Analysis of Environment Humidity Influence on Voltage Distribution and Infrared Thermal Image Detection of Porcelain Insulator Strings

摘要(Abstract):
运行中的绝缘子串电压分布受多种因素影响,为此选用江西省典型污秽区220 kV变电站在线运行的XWP-70绝缘子作为实验样品,研究环境湿度对绝缘子串电压分布及红外热像检测的影响,重点分析湿度对含零值劣化串的影响。实验结果表明,自然积污绝缘子串电压分布受湿度影响明显大于洁净绝缘子串,且湿度增加将降低绝缘子串电压分布的不对称性;湿度增加有利于零值绝缘子的检测,但过大湿度极易引起误判,不利于劣化检测。因此,建议检测湿度尽可能保持在80%左右。该研究结果可为基于红外热像的劣化绝缘子检测提供理论支撑,有利于降低零值绝缘子漏报率,提升绝缘子检测准确率。
