基于过程的输电线路雷电活动描述新方法A New Description Method of Lightning Activity Around Transmission Line Based on Process

摘要(Abstract):
传统雷电数量强度的描述方法是基于单次落雷的雷电日作为统计单位。但以雷电次数、雷电日指标衡量雷电活动,无法反映出区域内雷电活动的过程信息,特别是一年中雷电分散在多少次雷电活动过程以及每次过程中雷暴团运动与线路之间的方位关系。为此,提出了一种基于过程计量单位的输电线路雷电活动描述方法。该方法将统计时间段平均划分为若干连续时间片,统计时间片内线路区域的雷击次数,得到统计时间段内雷电次数曲线。运用小波平滑处理曲线,除去雷电过程瞬时减弱对曲线产生的噪声影响,准确截取雷电过程起止时间点。最后,利用聚类提取每次过程中雷暴中心并依据雷暴中心距离关系分别追踪运动轨迹。以湖北省一条线路开展实验,结果表明该方法准确地得出该线路区域2013年、2014年各有19、15次雷电过程,并追踪出每次雷电过程的雷暴团运动轨迹,验证了算法的有效性。
