基于试验数据的6250A换流阀逆向校核分析Reverse Checking Analysis of 6250A UHVDC Converter Valve Based on Testing Data

摘要(Abstract):
±800k V/6250A特高压直流输电工程输电电流从5000A提升至6250A对换流阀关键零部件的热特性、电气特性等均提出了新的要求,给换流阀关键零部件的研制带来巨大的挑战。为保证6250A换流阀满足直流工程设计要求,提出了一种基于试验数据的6250A换流阀逆向校核方法。通过试验数据建立换流阀关键元器件电气仿真模型,保证模型的精确性;同时,开展组件研发试验,重点考核了在最严酷工况下换流阀所有性能是否具备充足的设计裕度;最后通过仿真和试验结果对比,逆向校核6250A换流阀可靠性,保证了直流工程顺利实施。
