基于电流保护原理的DG准入容量与并网位置分析Analysis on Allowed Penetration Level of Distributed Generation and Its Grid-Connected Position Based on Principles of Current Protection

摘要(Abstract):
随着分布式发电(distributed generation,DG)的接入,配电网由单电源转化为多电源网络,原有的某些继电保护系统会受到很大影响。在介绍传统配电网电流保护整定原则的基础上,以包含分布式电源的35 kV配电系统为模型,详细讨论了DG容量和并网位置这2个因素对传统三段式电流保护整定的关键变量的影响,重点分析了固定并网位置时DG功率变化和固定DG容量时并网位置变化2种情况下的保护整定条件的适应性,从而定量讨论了配电网馈线在某一并网位置下的准入容量,以及一定DG容量下的并网位置选择方案,旨在为DG并网及配电网继电保护算法研究提供参考。
