基于拓扑势均衡的配电网信息物理系统规划算法Planning Algorithm of Cyber Physical System for Distribution Networks Based on Topological Potential Equilibrium

摘要(Abstract):
配电网信息物理系统(cyber physical system for distribution networks,CPSDN)是自动化技术、信息技术和通信技术与电网的深度融合产物。其与传统通信系统规划的一个显著区别在于CPS系统内的网元异构性。基于数据场理论,建立了CPS广义节点质量模型,数学量化了节点差异,进而定义CPS势函数,以系统可靠性为测度建立配电网CPS规划问题的势均衡数学模型。对该规划问题,提出改进的二进制粒子群算法进行求解。采用IEEE LVNTS算例及实际电网算例计算,实验表明所建立模型和算法符合配电网CPS系统规划,所提出方法规划CPS网络,可准确辨识网络关键节点,建立高可靠性CPS网络拓扑,实现效能的提升。
