基于风速预测的风储电压质量调节系统Voltage Quality Regulation With Hybrid Energy Storage Based on Wind Speed Forecast in Wind Power System

摘要(Abstract):
随着风能在电力系统中的渗透率不断提高,风电功率的随机波动对电力系统的影响日益严重,尤其是在电压质量方面。提出了一种基于超级电容器-蓄电池混合储能的电压质量调节系统,可以平抑电压暂降、电压波动等。首先通过自回归滑动平均模型预测风电场1 min内的风速变化,作为仿真风速来源,同时模拟短期内风电场的电压质量情况。然后,针对电压暂降和电压波动等电能质量问题,建立了以超级电容器-蓄电池混合储能为基础的补偿调节装置模型,分析了风电场出力波动量与储能容量配置间的关系,并设计了相应的控制环节。最后,利用仿真软件PSCAD/EMTDC对系统进行了仿真,验证了该系统可以有效抑制电压暂降,且对电压波动也有一定的改善效果。
