基于需求响应的光伏微网储能系统多目标容量优化配置Battery Storage Multi-Objective Optimization for Capacity Configuration of PV-Based Microgrid Considering Demand Response

摘要(Abstract):
电力市场环境下,考虑需求响应对光伏微网储能系统配置的影响,对光伏微网商业化投资决策具有重要意义。峰谷分时电价下,构建基于电量电价弹性矩阵的用户多时段电价响应模型,提出分时电价下储能充放电策略及微网优化运行策略,构建微网投资收益模型。根据系统调度和约束条件,以光伏利用率最大和年净利润最大为目标,采用改进非劣排序遗传算法Ⅱ求解所建光伏微网储能系统多目标容量优化配置模型。将优化方法应用于广东某实际微网,验证了模型和算法合理性。
