含高渗透率光伏的配电网分布式电压控制Distributed Voltage Control in Distribution Networks With High Penetration of PV

摘要(Abstract):
随着分布式光伏在配电网中渗透率的不断提高,配电网电压越限问题日益受到关注。高光伏发电功率与低负荷需求间的不平衡易造成潮流倒送,进而引起线路过电压问题。在深入分析分布式光伏系统电压调节能力的基础上,提出了配电网分布式电压控制策略,通过光伏系统的无功协调补偿和有功优化缩减实现了电压的低成本快速控制。所发展的控制方案具备配电网拓扑变化下的自适应能力。通过对改进的IEEE 33节点系统算例进行仿真验证了所提电压控制策略的有效性。
