云广特高压直流故障特性及其强迫停运对受端系统影响评估Assessment on Fault Characteristics of Yunnan to Guangdong UHVDC Transmission and The Influence of Forced Outage on Power System at Receiving End

摘要(Abstract):
特高压直流输电工程的规划和建设,使其成为解决能源和生产力分布区域性差异的重要途径。为分析特高压直流输电对交直流电网的影响,在分析故障特性和控制保护的基础上建立直流停运故障树,采用基于子系统划分的时间频率法评估运行可靠性;确立仿真原则和分析评判依据,采用PSD-BPA仿真分析在南方电网2012水平年严重直流故障对受端系统的影响,指标化地评估严重故障后受端电网的动态恢复特性;考虑负荷模型的影响,分析在ZIP和不同电动机比例模型下受端电网动态恢复特性的差异。研究表明,特高压直流输电系统运行可靠性较高,严重直流故障会引发交直流电网的稳定问题,在运行和方式编制中应配合适当的控制方式并考虑负荷模型对恢复特性的影响。
