数据驱动的配电网分布式光伏承载力评估技术研究Data Driven Assessment of Distributed Photovoltaic Hosting Capacity in Distribution Network

摘要(Abstract):
分布式光伏在负荷侧就近利用,清洁、高效,广受青睐。分布式光伏接入规模超过配电网的实际承载能力,会导致变压器和线路过载、线路电压偏差越限、谐波超标、保护失效等问题,影响电网的安全稳定运行。基于配电网实际运行状态和安全边界,提出了一种数据驱动的配电网分布式光伏承载力评估方法。以华东地区某市配电网为例,进行了详细测算和分析,结果表明:提出的方法可充分利用电网数据资源,评估出配电网各级母线的分布式光伏承载力及其等级。该方法通用性高,可大范围推广,为分布式光伏健康有序发展提供指导。
