考虑风火联合外送的互联系统随机生产模拟Probabilistic Production Simulation of Interconnected System by Considering the Joint Delivery of Wind Power and Thermal Power Generation

摘要(Abstract):
西北地区可再生能源资源与电力需求不平衡的现状,使得发展风火联合外送成为促进新能源消纳的重要举措。而风电出力的不确定性给风火联合外送的经济性、可靠性效益评估造成了困难。针对该问题,文章采用风电多状态模型,引入机组剩余容量的概念,提出了联合外送概率模型以模拟送端电网对受端电网的电力支援过程。结合各类型电源特点,设计了考虑风火联合外送的互联系统随机生产模拟算法框架。通过EPRI 36算例验证了所提方法的有效性,并且通过对酒泉—湖南±800 k V直流输电工程进行随机生产模拟,研究了酒泉直流对受端电网充裕度的改善、酒泉直流的环保效益以及直流输电利用小时数对酒泉直流经济性的影响。
