考虑安全裕度的微电网两阶段鲁棒规划Two-stage Robust Planning for Microgrid Considering Security Margin

摘要(Abstract):
风光出力及负荷功率波动对微电网规划影响显著,文章在联合规划过程中充分考虑各不确定参数的波动。为区别不同安全裕度下不确定参数的波动值,文章首先采用改进的多面体不确定集描述风光出力波动以及电价变化引起的负荷功率波动;然后建立以综合成本最小为目标的优化模型,并改写为两阶段鲁棒对等模型,采用列约束生成算法(column-and-constraint generation,CCG)与商业求解器Cplex求解;最后,采用西门子Benchmark 0.4kV低压微电网算例验证模型有效性,并分析不同保守程度下规划方案的经济性。结果表明,考虑安全裕度所得的规划方案仅需付出较小的经济性即可使供电可靠性明显提升。
