广义电源多目标优化配置与运行Multi-Objective Optimal Configuration and Operation of Generalized Power Sources

摘要(Abstract):
基于分解协调原理建立了含广义电源的主动配电网多目标优化配置与运行的双层规划模型,上层模型通过网损灵敏度矩阵确定广义电源的最佳安装位置与初始容量;下层模型根据投资与运行经济性、系统电压偏差及环境污染效应建立多目标优化数学模型以确定广义电源的最佳出力。考虑源荷波动的不确定性因素,提出一种内嵌半不变量随机潮流的-粒子群智能优化算法进行多目标优化运行计算。PG&E-69节点系统算例仿真表明,广义电源的合理配置与优化运行在有效提高分布式电源渗透率的基础上能够减少网络损耗并改善系统运行电压水平,且从概率的角度对电压、网损进行评估,为电网规划运行提供辅助决策。
