主动配电网分层分布控制策略及实现Hierarchical and Distributed Control Strategy for Active Distribution Network & Its Implementation

摘要(Abstract):
配电网大量接入分布式电源和储能装置后,集中式的管理模式实时性较差,因此文章提出3层控制结构,将主动配电网进行区域划分,并在每个区域中配置协调控制器进行区域自治控制。根据馈线控制误差(feeder control error,FCE)指标,建立了实时平抑区域运行状态与最优目标之间差异的区域控制机制,据此提出了分层分布控制器与源网协调控制器的模型。根据FCE指标的不同形式,提出馈线定交换功率、区域独立自治和区域协同自治3种控制模式,以适应不同电网需求。最后通过广东某主动配电网示范现场算例的仿真分析,验证了所提分层分布控制策略的合理性和有效性。
