新型非隔离光伏并网逆变器拓扑及其共模电流分析Topology and Common Mode Current Analysis of New Type Transformerless Grid-Connection Inverter for Photovoltaic Generation System

摘要(Abstract):
提出了一种非隔离光伏并网逆变器拓扑,该拓扑在全桥逆变电路的基础上引入2个开关管构成一条新的续流回路,将电路桥臂中点对直流母线负端的电位钳位在0.5倍的输入电压(Uin),并将太阳能电池板与电网隔开。通过采用有效的驱动逻辑,实现了续流模态工作的2个开关管的软开通。详细分析了该拓扑的各个工作模态,建立了电路的共模等效模型,研究了共模电流频谱与电路参数和开关频率的关系。设计了1 000 W光伏并网逆变器样机,实验结果验证了所提拓扑的有效性。
