电力系统频率测量误差成因分析ANALYSIS ON ERROR IN POWER SYSYTEM FREQUENCY MEASUREMENT

摘要(Abstract):
系统频率是大家普遍关注的电能质量指标之一。大量应用新技术对频率测量精度的要求也越来越高。近年来用于精确测量频率的新方法也常见于报道 ,但这些方法几乎都在波形畸变上做文章。文中通过理论分析和试验 ,揭示了引起频率测量偏差的主要原因是系统中的发电机出力、负荷和系统结构发生变化 ,导致被测电压信号初相角发生突变所致
