考虑直接负荷控制不确定性的微能源网鲁棒优化运行Robust Optimal Operation for Micro-energy Grid Considering Uncertainties of Direct Load Control

摘要(Abstract):
通过迅速发展的能源互联网技术,微能源网能够提供电、热、气等多类型的能源,实现多种能源的统一调度。直接负荷控制作为一种重要的需求响应方式参与微能源网优化运行,但风光出力和受控负荷响应直接负荷控制的不确定性会对优化运行结果产生重要影响。建立了考虑受控负荷响应功率不确定性的直接负荷控制模型,使用(p,w)-norm不确定集刻画响应直接负荷控制的负荷功率和风光预测出力的不确定性,建立微能源网鲁棒随机优化调度模型,通过(p,w)-norm不确定集下的鲁棒线性优化理论,实现随机优化模型向确定优化模型的转化。算例结果验证了直接负荷控制参与微能源网优化运行的作用和考虑直接负荷控制不确定的必要性,以及鲁棒性指标和波动量指标对经济性和鲁棒性的协调作用。
