国内外城市配电网供电可靠性对比分析Comparison and Analysis on Power Supply Reliability of Urban Power Distribution Network at Home and Abroad

摘要(Abstract):
从供电可靠性水平及发展阶段、供电可靠性指标体系、供电可靠性管理机制3个方面对国内外城市配电网供电可靠性进行了对比分析。比较结果表明,我国和发达国家采用的供电可靠性指标体系基本一致,但与发达国家的供电可靠性水平差距较大,有必要引入目标管理来调动各方面的积极性提高供电可靠性水平。另外在可靠性统计数据的深层次挖掘、概率可靠性评估方法的推广、可靠性与经济性协调的奖惩机制等方面有待深入研究。分析结果对我国城市配电网供电可靠性规划和管理工作有重要指导价值。
