储能设备对有源配电网供电可靠性的影响分析及优化配置Influence Analysis of Energy Storage Device on Reliability of Distribution Network and Its Optimal Allocation

摘要(Abstract):
储能装置在配电网中的应用,有效提高了系统孤岛运行的能力,改善配电网的供电可靠性。针对有源配电网内储能配置对系统可靠性的影响进行了研究,分析了储能容量、最大充放电功率对系统可靠性的影响,建立了储能可靠性收益的评价模型,提出了储能的可靠性收益比指标,用以从提升有源配电网供电可靠性的角度对储能进行优化配置。在模拟系统运行状态时,基于储能正常并网运行时的低储高发运行策略,建立了故障时刻储能荷电状态的概率分布模型,并充分考虑有源配电网内风光出力的随机性和时序性,采用序贯蒙特卡洛算法,仿真计算了储能配置前后系统的可靠性指标,给出了储能可靠性收益比的变化曲线及最优配置方案。最后,通过算例仿真,给出了储能配置方案对系统供电可靠性的影响曲线,并分析了不同分布式电源(distributed generation,DG)渗透率和不同网络结构对有源配电网内储能配置的影响,为储能的优化配置提供了借鉴。
